Climia Belroy 4 Sup Aparthotel - Benidorm

Perfect and bright hotel, I loved satisfactory breakfast!

Airy and luxurious room, besides I had a nice view of the sea and great location. The bed seemed lovely and it was fairly clean all around. The hotel had a magnificent location minutes from a modest park. The place was set about 5 minutes walk from the downtown.

room I chose as my superior and cleanliness of it. floor maids and lingerie.

food was the worst. breakfast was good but the meal was always the same as it was transformed a bit for dinner by adding for example to a mayonnaise and raisin salad. gazpacho was daily and was very watered down at the end of the meal so as not to repeat it. Everything was frozen and of low quality. INCREDIBLE! They charge a supplement of 0. 10 cents for each coffee with ice which is embarrassing for a hotel of this category, they could raise the price of coffee and that's it, not that a waitress comes to you to say that they charge you that to realize your after they don't have an ice machine in any of the three cafeterias of the hotel. There are several employees who do not fit into the category of the hotel and entertainment needs a big improvement. Who if you can find it in the moment that you need it if it is at the level of the hotel is the director, kind, informed of everything and ready to help you, because there are things of the directory that they did not know in reception, I requested it because I had read it and she was there to solve it.

last day the departure was at 12 and we paid a supplement of 45 euros to stay until 18 hours. in the morning when we woke up in the hot tub we had a live cockroach of considerable size, I told the cleaning girl. I went down to reception and told the head of reception and as if it were the most normal thing she let me go that they were coming in for the dead one, take it now! Look how clever I was, I was shocked, as I had told the cleaning lady. What was our surprise that when we went up to the room after eating, room was not clean, we filled the bathtub and when we put the hydro massage on, we did not notice and cockroach came out of some jet and was broken into pieces. Romantic weekend ending in a 4 star superior. I go back down to the reception desk and tell the receptionist, she looks at me with a face like me and does not say anything, I gave her a letter to the director's office which I do not know if she arrived at her destination. We didn't expect to finish our 25th anniversary.

The rooms are panoramic and immaculate and complete with a balcony and good air conditioning plus tea. Offers good service and appetising food.

The hotel is pretty close to the beach, city and bus stations to airport. It is clean and stylish. Bathroom is quite big. Food was more than we expected. We enjoyed our stay.

I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and I was pleasently surprised that the pictures on the website were very close to the reality - nicely decorated and comfortable rooms, recently renovated interior (or recently built?). It was also very clean, good location to the beach, city and night life but still quiet at night.

Dinner buffet was nothing exceptional, breakfast was very good though.

outdated apartment, defective doors, door handles and lounger (not usable). 12th floor and one of two elevators not repaired until departure.

Web site all rooms had a balcony, this was not so, we were given a room with no balcony and we eventually changed to a much poorer room but it did have a balcony

Charming, Charming, Charming

The location was perfect-right between the old and new towns-making it so easy to explore everything. The buffet breakfast was a feast with live cooking stations, and I couldn't resist the complimentary cava-it.

Fantastic location in Levante area of Benidorm. However compared to the Hotel Marina 3 minutes walk away where our friends were staying the Belroy was definitely overpriced.

Overpriced better hote;ls in levante area are much more competitive.

I liked the location of the hotel and the good cleaning service. Close to the beach. The variety of food was great, but the meat was often not very well cooked from the inside (raw).

The hotel was slightly worn from the inside including my bathroom (the shower worked poorly), the pool was almost at all times crowded.
